Masyadong overrated si Binay, not every municipality has an Ayala center or an Ayala avenue where 12 percent of the national tax collection comes from to sustain good projects like in Makati. Pano gagawin ni Binay na parang Makati ang isang municipalidad sa Tawi-tawi?
